Saw palmetto
Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) is a palm tree native to the southeastern United States. One of the most popular and widely used herbal products by men, it contains a large variety of fatty acids (auric, caprylic, and caproic) and sterols (beta-sitosterol, stigmasterol, cycloartenol, lupeol, lupenone, and methylcycloartenol). Our saw palmetto extract provides 45% total fatty acids.
Pygeum africanum
Pygeum africanum extract is made from the bark of the African plum tree. Pygeum africanum has a long history of traditional use in East Africa, but since the 1970s, it’s attracted the attention of modern science and become one of the most-researched herbs for men. Naturally rich in triterpenes, ferulic acid and phytosterols such as beta-sitosterol, our pygeum bark extract provides more than 13% phytosterols.
Rye (Secale cereale)
Rye (Secale cerale) is an extremely hardy crop, commonly grown in the fields of Northern and Eastern Europe. Rye flower extract has been used by herbalists for years because of its various nutritional components, including amino acid and phytosterols. It also contains fatty acids, proteins, vitamins and minerals.
Nettle root
Nettle root (Urtica dioica) has been used since the days of ancient Egyptians and Romans. Rich in vitamins, amino acids, polyphenols, minerals, fats, nettle root extract naturally contains fatty acids, terpenes, phenylpropanes, lignans, coumarins, triterpenes, ceramides, sterols and lectins. Our nettle root extract is standardized to 0.8% phytosterols.
*Selenium
Selenium is a trace mineral that plays a significant role in maintaining the normal function of the immune system and contributes to normal spermatogenesis in men. It also has powerful antioxidant properties, and so helps to protect the body from oxidative damage.
*Zinc
Zinc is an important nutrient especially valuable for men’s health, because it contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and normal fertility and reproduction. It plays an important role in maintaining normal function of the immune system and protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Lycopene
Lycopene is a naturally occurring carotenoid found in tomatoes and other red fruits and vegetables (like watermelons, red oranges, pink grapefruits, apricots, rosehips, and guavas), and is known for its powerful antioxidant properties. Lycopene is not synthesized in the body and is only obtained by a proper diet. Together with zinc and selenium, lycopene provides a strong antioxidant effect.
Directions
Take 1 capsule daily, in the evening after a meal.
