We give you the right to return a product within 14 calendar days for any reason.
If you do decide to cancel your order or you wish to return an item, you must email us using the contact from on the website, section Contact Us, with your order number in the subject of the email. It is your responsibility to claim a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back after diligent assessment of their condition by our team. We accept returns of products returned in a perfect re-saleable condition i.e. in original, undamaged packaging, not used, with the protective seal in place. We will process refunds via the original payment method within 14 working days of receipt of the returned product.
Return costs are covered fully by the Customer. The Customer has the right to choose a logistic partner on his own preference but he or she must ensure goods are returned in a perfect re-saleable condition i.e. in original, undamaged packaging, not used, with the protective seal in place. The Customer is responsible for returning the goods within 14 business (working days) after claiming the return or order cancellation. In any other case we reserve the right to void return or order cancellation requests.
